Résumé
Initial, employment, and continuous training is considered to be the core for the smooth running of the labour market and for workers' personal and professional promotion. It is also an essential factor in companies' competitiveness and in the quality of services and products. In this article we analyze the main organization and financing characteristics of the Spanish training system, not forgetting European Community policies supporting and complementary role in this field.
