Résumé

The purpose of this article is to present a tutors group review about the development of professional competences during the practical training in the initial formation of special education teachers. The review shows the analysis of the practical training period as a very good moment for the development of personal competences. Starting from a general curriculum of personal competences it shows, in the frame of a crosscurricular action during the studies, those competences considered essential for the good development of the practical training, in order to provide, as future special education teachers, attention to the student diversity in the inclusion education. Finally, the need to give coherence to the role of practical tutors as a human pedagogical model is emphasized as a basic strategy for the development of personal competences. This practical tutor will be able to create a social climate in the classroom, in relation to those competences we want students to improve.
