Résumé
This article is a reflection on social consequences of employment destruction and the increase of unstable jobs that is currently happening in our country. We deepen into the loss of labor capacity and labor occupations as elements of social cohesion and we point out the need to rethink initiatives to promote occupation to face the current social metamorphosis.
