Zusammenfassung
Essentially, the interculturalism purpose that has to be established by consensus in its goals and application methods, implies the whole educational community participation in strengthening this teaching trend. In particular contexts it is required an effective and satisfactory participation, although yardsticks joining up is sometimes difficult due to the current differences, the attitudes clash among the several actors, the little family participatory tradition and the lack of interest school raises among some minority groups in most occasions because it does not agree with their own needs and concerns. This article wants to be a reflection about how to be able to articulate a suitable human resources structuration in an educational centre in order to fulfill a satisfactory commitment in the adopted intercultural project.
