Abstract
This paper describes a specific stage of a Professional Training experience carried out in the framework of an agreement between the Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje de Colombia (SENA) and the Mondragon Corporación Cooperativa (MCC). This project aims at the cross-basic technology instructors training ans it is related to the flexible training modality integrating presential training, self-training with teaching equipment ans multimedia tools, and Intranet tutorial follow-ups. The project, implemented from july 1998 to july 1999, has been externally assessed by a team-work of professors from the Universities of Barcelona, Lleida and Basque country
