Abstract
In this report we think that it is essential to find a job when prisoners are free to get an optimal rehabilitation.We must teach them the necessary strategies and skills to obtain a labour market integration before they finish their sentence.We introduce a three level guidance program and specially assessment to the first level. We have used the CIPP model from Stufflebeam and we have appreciated the efficacy, the efficiency and the effectiveness from this program which has been aplicated in a prison where we consider that the results have been satisfactory.
