Resumen

El insomnio es una patología muy frecuente en edad pediátrica que ocasiona una grave repercusión en el rendimiento psicofísico. El presente documento, atendiendo a la literatura científica, pretende analizar algunas cuestiones sobre cómo afecta la actividad física al sueño en la población adolescente. Finalmente, se establecen unas recomendaciones generales y útiles para los profesionales que trabajan en este grupo de población.
