Abstract

This paper analyzes the STS of January 24, 2023, which addresses the difference in treatment established based on age and its compatibility with the principle of equality and the right to non-discrimination provided for in art. 14 CE, when agreeing on the amount of compensation for the termination of the contract for workers over 60 years of age in the event of collective dismissal.
